USED 1995 AMERICAN PROCESS SYSTEMS FZM-18-H

American Process System, Model FZM-18-H fluidized zone mixer, 18 cubic feet (500 liters) capacity, stainless steel construction, includes twin shaft overlapping paddle assemblies for rapid yet gentle blending. Mixing chamber measures 48" x 46" x 53" deep. Features 9-1/2" x 8" rectangular paddles mounted on 3" diameter shaft. Paddles driven by 10 HP, 1740 RPM, 230/460 V, 3/60 Hz gear motor. Mixer is set up with Bombay-style discharge doors, pneumatically operated. APS serial number 4411. New in 1995. Previously used in bakery operation.
