USED 1970 NORDBERG 42VC1200

Nordberg 13' diameter x 18' 8" long ball/rod mill with 1,500 HP Westinghouse synchronous motor through Fawick model 42VC1200, single compartment, wet, overflow discharge. Previously used with steel liners. Mill is complete with automatic gear lubrication system. Last used as a rod mill; however, this mill is identical to a ball mill design. Mill was manufactured in 1970. Previously used to grind coal to 100 mesh only for pumping in a slurry pipeline to a power plant. Offered with new gear.
