The SMG SH-310 Vertical CNC Gear Hobbing Machine is designed for manufacturers that need increased workpiece capacity, reliable precision, and the flexibility to handle a wide range of gear-cutting applications.
With capacity for workpieces up to Ø310 mm, a maximum module of M6 / approximately 4.23 DP, and hob speeds up to 2,000 rpm, the SH-310 provides the performance and versatility required for medium-to-large precision gear production.
Built on SMG’s rigid vertical hobbing platform, the SH-310 combines robust construction, advanced motion control, and generous working ranges for consistent performance in both job-shop and production environments.
