Cleveland Model P-TC 320- Cook Chill Vertical Tumble Chiller; All stainless steel construction; capacity for up to 320 gallons of product load; fully-insulated 65" diameter X 43" long perforated drum; built-in plate heat-exchanger; automatic dispenser for sanitizing solution; solid state controls for full drum rotation; oscillation mode; cleaning cycle; digital temperature display; countdown timer; two water level set points; hot water for cleaning. (No steam hook-up required.) Includes Stainless steel rectangular tank, 220-gallon capacity, 80" long x 40" wide 16" deep, with slight slope bottom, 1-1/2" NPT top inlet, (1) 2" (1) 1/2" NPT center bottom discharge.
