The Interroll RollerDrive EC310 with 16:1 gear ratio is an electronically commutated (brushless) motorized drive roller (MDR) designed for use in zero-pressure accumulation conveyor systems and unit-load handling applications. The motor electronics, brushless motor, and planetary gearbox are all self-contained within the roller tube, enabling a compact conveyor design. It operates on 24 V DC and delivers a maximum conveyor speed of 0.98 m/s at the 16:1 gear stage, with an integrated electronic holding brake (Zero Motion Hold) and energy recovery during braking.
