Lee Industries 150 gallon stainless steel vacuum rated kettle/vacuum, 316 stainless steel kettle model 150VP. Includes jacket rated for 90 PSI @ 332 degrees Fahrenheit / -20 degrees Fahrenheit, 304 stainless steel jacket. Kettle measures 42" diameter x 44" deep with hemispherical top and bottom. Unit has 2" center bottom discharge. Includes 18" diameter manway with cover, (1) 6-1/4" flanged inlet (for agitation), (2) 3" and (2) 2" top inlets. Serial number B-5797A, National Board number 1992. New in 1991. Previously used in processing facility that manufactured condiments, jellies, dressing, sauces, and jams. Good condition.
