King Model CF150 Single Head Continuous Motion Cottoner
Overview
One (1) used King CF150 is a high speed fully automatic reverse tuck cotton wool inserting machine. Outputs up to 180 per minute are possible using natural or polyester cotton in rope form. The cotton is torn to a pre-set length, then a blade inserts cotton into a tube in a rotating star-wheel and a ram pushes cotton into the container. Cotton Length is easily adjusted and containers are positively handled with the use of a scroll feed. Electrical: 220V, 60Hz, 3 PH.
