Metalcraft 3-tank brew/process system consisting of three 25 gallon stainless steel tanks, Chester Jensen plate heater, sanitary pumps, piping, and controls mounted on a common stainless steel skid. System includes one 25 gallon jacketed mix tank rated at 90 PSI with sweep agitator and 1/2 HP drive; one 25 gallon single-wall tank with sweep agitator and 1/2 HP drive; and one 25 gallon hold tank. Heating is provided by a Chester Jensen Model 12 HTF plate heater equipped with 31 stainless steel plates approximately 8 in. x 30 in. and 1-1/2 in. Tri-Clamp inlet/outlet connections. System also includes a 1-1/2 in. x 1 in. centrifugal pump with 3/4 HP, 3450 RPM motor, two Crepaco Model R3R pumps with 1 HP drives, sanitary process piping, valves, and control panel.
