USED ZACMI 0295/40/3

Zacmi 40-valve rotary piston filler, Model 0295/40/3, configured for 300 x 407 cans. Unit is equipped with forty filling stations and 2-1/2 in. diameter piston cylinders with filling capacity up to approximately 550 mL / 18 oz per container. Container handling includes tabletop chain conveyor infeed feeding through a timing worm and starwheel into the rotary filling section. Equipped with a no-can/no-fill mechanism to prevent product discharge when a container is not present. Machine operates with counter-clockwise rotation and has a tangential container discharge. Stainless steel construction includes the rotary filling assembly, product-contact components, conveyor sections, and base/frame. Mechanical components include starwheels, timing screw, container guides, chain-driven rotary assemblies, and adjustable filling components. Unit is presently offered without a drive motor.
