The new SMG H-90 Horizontal CNC Gear Hobbing Machine is designed for manufacturers who need speed, precision, flexibility, and automation without sacrificing valuable floor space.
Engineered and manufactured in South Korea, the H-90 combines proven SMG technology with a modern horizontal platform built for both puck-style and shaft-style components. Whether your production requires manual loading, gantry automation, or robotic integration, the H-90 can be configured to match your process.
With a 6,000 rpm hob spindle, 1,500 rpm torque-motor worktable, and support for both dry and wet hobbing, the H-90 is built for high-performance gear cutting in job shops and high-volume production environments alike.
