Strong Scott jacketed, double ribbon mixer, Model number HM58, rated for 58 cubic feet capacity, constructed of carbon steel and stainless steel. Jacket rated for 50 PSI at 650 degrees Fahrenheit, shell 5/16". Trough is stainless steel lined and measures 94" long x 38" wide x 43" deep, includes 6" end bottom discharge. Ribbon assembly includes 8" solid stainless steel shaft, 1-3/8" wide X 7/16" thick outer ribbon, 4" wide x 1/4" thick inner ribbon. Ribbon speed 32 RPM.
