USED SCOTT FJL-BV

Scott double ribbon mixer with surge hopper and dust collector, carbon steel construction. Mixing trough measures 48" wide X 6' long, approximately 75 cubic feet capacity. Outer ribbon measures 1-1/2" wide x 1/2" thick, inner ribbon measures 3" to 4.5" wide x 1/4" thick, ribbon assembly driven by 10 HP, 208-230/460V, 1740 RPM motor thru gear reducer. Top includes covers and opening for Dust Hog bin vent dust collector, bottom includes 14" x 14" flanged end bottom discharge. Mixer sits on top of surge hopper measuring 72" long x 44" wide x 60" deep with 6" diameter bottom mounted screw, and 8" x 8" flange discharge, screw driven by 1 HP motor. Dust Hog is a model FJL-BV, 2-cartridge dust collector. Last used in seed coating operation. Good condition.
