Lucks single shear dough sheeter molder, Model LSM 24, constructed of stainless steel. Conveyor belt width 24" x 72" long, bread molding carriage, pressure plate 22" and stainless steel scrapers. Unit driven by 1 HP, 1725 RPM, manual with variable speed control, (2) AC variable speed 120 Volts input, on and off switches on both sides of the machine. Unit sits on casters.
