Dalton Dough Mixer Model 400HMM-R, stainless steel. Unit has (3) bowls; one is 106 gallons, two are 106 gallons and include flat beater. Unit includes 7.5 Hp 208/230/460 Volt, 3-phase drive, power pack for lifting the hydraulic cylinder, bowl cart with manual tilt and electrical panel. Manufactured by Shinagawa Machinery Works (Japan). Unit manufactured in 2006. Mixer offered with Rheon bowl dumper, carbon steel, lift height is 6'8", model 4Z790, driven by 1 Hp (750 watt) 200/220 volt, 1720 rpm 3 phase motor. This is just the frame, the unit is missing the chain on both sides and bowl.
