USED 2000 CLEVELAND KGL-40

Cleveland model KGL-40 stainless steel 40 gallon kettle. Unit measures 26" diameter x 24" deep, jacketed, rated for MAWP 50 PSI @ 298 Deg F, 50 PSI jacket. Kettle has stainless steel cover, tilt design, with 2" bottom discharge, run on gas. Unit is 115 volt single phase steam cooker. Manufactured in 2000, National Board number 59295, serial number WT 6574-99G-01. Unit needs guard for the gas control assembly.
