FoodTools CS-10E Sheet Cake Slicer
The FoodTools CS-10E Sheet Cake Slicer is an industrial bakery machine used to mechanically chop and portion large tray-baked goods into individual serving pieces. Instead of slicing by hand—which causes uneven portions and product waste—a commercial kitchen places full food trays into this unit to automate the process.
