Designed for aseptic thermal treatment with a maximum sterilization temperature of 284°F and pressure rating of 140 psi (10 bar). The system includes a 1000L balance tank, insulated holding cell, SIP/emergency cooler, CIP dosing station, and Alfa Laval LKH sanitary pumps. Features 1-1/2" tri-clamp hygienic connections and a Siemens PLC with E-Won remote access. Ideal for food and beverage applications requiring high-Brix, continuous sterilization with sanitary design. Designed for 7000 kg/h capacity and aseptic thermal processing.
