Complete 10 BBL Criveller brewhouse system constructed of 304 stainless steel. System includes:
– Mash Lauter Tun, Model MLT 32, 5' dia. x 4' straight side
– Brew Kettle, Model BK 21, 5' dia. x 4.5' straight side
– Whirlpool, Model WP 19, 4' dia. x 5' straight side
– Hot Liquor Tank, Model HLT 21, 5' dia. x 5' straight side (approx. 900 gallons)
Also includes brewhouse platform, heat exchanger with tubing, process valves, control panel, and three sanitary transfer pumps (wort, whirlpool, and Ebara hot liquor pump rated 1.5 HP, 50–160 L/min).
