This unit was manually tested. This means it does not work in the automatic mode. It has lots of photo eye sensors on this unit. We are surplus sellers. We do not work on these units. To the best of our knowledge this unit should work in automatic mode if all the sensors are setup. This unit has an electrical manual. Setup will require a person that is used to shrink wrappers.
Infeed power conveyors. 52" wide and 60" long. 2 of these units.
Outfeed conveyor has (1) 52" wide 60" long power conveyor and (1) 52" wide 60" long gravity type.
Almost all sensor wires and sensors are marked. Some have faded writing.
Turn table style. 78" round
One main control panel.
Heavy duty conveyor. 52" max product width. 2-1/2" powered rollers. Set at 18" off the ground.  
480 volt 3 phase power requirement.
Layout is 27 feet long. The end conveyors could be removed from the system.
