Unused 600–1,200 SCFM Gas Chilling, Deoxygenation & Dehydration Skid – High-Methane Gas Conditioning System
Overview
Manufacturer Information
Manufacturer: PSB Industries
Year Built: 2025
This unused integrated gas-conditioning skid is engineered for high-methane gas service and combines three primary treatment stages: gas chilling/dehydration, oxygen removal, and final moisture removal using a TSA dryer. The packaged design provides a consolidated solution for conditioning methane-rich gas streams prior to downstream processing, transportation, or other suitable applications.
Description
Available for sale is an unused gas chilling, deoxygenation, and dehydration skid, built in 2025, with a rated gas flow capacity of approximately 600 to 1,200 SCFM.
Designed for high-methane gas service, the system incorporates three sequential process sections. Section 1 provides chilling and initial dehydration, cooling the gas stream to approximately 40°F. Section 2 provides deoxygenation, with a design inlet oxygen concentration of 0.4 mol% and a specified outlet oxygen concentration of less than 0.1% by volume. Section 3 utilizes a TSA (Temperature Swing Adsorption) dryer for final moisture removal, with a specified outlet moisture level of less than 7 lbs/MMSCF.
The deoxygenation/dryer portion is designed to operate at approximately 130–170 PSIG at full flow, while the chilling section can accommodate a low-pressure inlet down to approximately -4 PSIG. Vessel design pressure is 200 PSIG.
The package is designed for ambient temperatures ranging from -20°F to 100°F and incorporates a 90 kW electric trim heater and 35 kW electric regeneration heater. Electrical requirements are 3-phase, 60 Hz, 480V.
This unused skid offers an integrated solution for methane-rich gas streams requiring controlled cooling, oxygen reduction, and moisture removal.
