The SATO M-8485Se is an industrial-grade OEM print engine designed to be integrated into high-performance on-site automatic print-and-apply labeling systems. Based on the popular M-8485S, the M-8485Se is the industry's first "Plug and Play" printer capable of full high-speed bi-directional communications. Utilizing the latest in 32-bit microprocessor technology, along with 16 MB of standard RAM, the M8485Se provides virtually instantaneous "time to first label out". Designed with a modular interface slot, the M8485Se allows for a wide variety of interface options to be easily installed and field upgraded.
