Loftness 41BX30 Battle Ax Excavator Mulcher, 41" Cut, Planer Teeth

The Loftness 41BX30 Battle Ax is a 41-inch mulching head for excavators from 18,000 to 36,000 pounds. This configuration uses 20 reversible planer teeth and a 105cc adjustable-displacement piston motor for larger excavators working in land clearing, right-of-way maintenance, and vegetation management.
The motor can be adjusted for hydraulic systems from 20 to 60 GPM and turns the 17-inch rotor from 1,800 to 2,500 RPM. Depth gauges regulate the bite into the material, while two shear bars form the second stage of the cutting chamber. A synchronous cog-belt drive connects the motor to the rotor.
