Overview
The PH Outdoors Goliath 8 roller crimper lays cover crops across the soil surface for no-till planting and food-plot management. Angled fins crimp the stems as the drum rolls, leaving a layer of residue that helps shade the soil and conserve moisture.
The drum can be filled with water to increase down pressure. Crimping works best when the cover crop has reached the appropriate growth stage. Timing the pass for the species and field conditions is important for effective termination.
