Hurricane Ditcher Baby Side Arm, 26" 5-Paddle Impeller

The Hurricane Baby Side-Arm is a tractor-mounted rotary ditcher for drainage work beside the tractor. Its five-paddle impeller reaches into ditches while the tractor stays on the adjoining ground.
An enclosed oil-bath gearbox uses an externally adjusted chain tensioner. In Hurricane's 100 HP operating example, the machine removes 7 to 8 inches of soil while traveling about one mile per hour. Actual output depends on the soil and cutting conditions.
Specifications
A tail-wheel assembly, GPS or laser mount and electronic hydraulic valve are available as options. We can check your tractor's hitch, hydraulics, ballast and tire clearance against the ditch reach and depth you need, then quote the appropriate control equipment.
