Haybuster Balebuster 2100 Semi-Mounted Bale Processor
Overview
The Haybuster Balebuster 2100 is a single-bale, semi-mounted processor for range feeding, bedding, bunk feeding, and erosion-control work. It connects to the tractor's lower three-point lift links while two rear caster wheels support the machine, allowing the operator to back into areas that can be awkward for a pull-type processor.
The hydraulic loader rolls the bale into a three-chain slat conveyor. Five slug bars control how the bale reaches the 78-inch rotor and its 30 swinging flails, while a six-position deflector changes the discharge pattern. The chamber accepts round bales up to 6 feet long, 6 feet 6 inches in diameter, and 2,000 pounds.
Specifications
The tractor must have the lift capacity and ballast to manage the semi-mounted load, along with the specified PTO and two hydraulic outlets. Confirm tractor weight, hitch category, tire clearance, bale weight, and the working width needed when the loader and deflector are open.
