Farm King RT19 Vortex Tedder, 19' Working Width, 4 Basket, 10' 5" Transport Width

The Farm King RT19 Vortex is a pull-type tedder that spreads and aerates a 19-foot pass. Four rotors, each with six tine arms, lift hay from the swath and distribute it across the working width so more of the crop is exposed to air and sunlight.
Hydraulic fold and tilt let the operator move between field and transport positions from the tractor. A 540 RPM PTO drives the rotors, and Farm King lists a 20-horsepower minimum. The rotor angle can be set for the crop and field conditions.
Specifications
The RT19 covers two feet more than the RT17, but it also folds to a 10-foot-5-inch transport width. That extra width should be checked against roads, gates, and storage openings, especially when either model can cover the acreage on schedule.
