UML/SSL 150 Design and Operation
FAE's enclosed frame, adjustable skids, replaceable wear surfaces, protection chains, and hydraulic relief and anticavitation valves protect the head in demanding material. Rotor and motor configurations differ within this family, including Bite Limiter, variable-torque, and Sonic versions. The selected motor and rotor determine the required hydraulic flow and pressure, tooth style, and electrical connections.
