AGI REM VRX Self-Powered Diesel Grain Vac, Full Pipe Package, 6,000 BPH Capacity

We build this self-powered grain vac around the AGI REM VRX for customers who need VRX capacity without dedicating an 85 HP tractor to the grain vac. This package uses a 90 HP Isuzu diesel engine, an electric-over-hydraulic auger drive, and a custom tandem-axle trailer.
Self-Powered VRX Package
The engine and hydraulic drive are mounted on the trailer, allowing the VRX to move between grain sites without pairing it with a tractor at each location.
VRX Pipe and Cleanout Equipment
The standard VRX package includes the telescoping inlet, bin load-out nozzle, standing floor sweep, cleanup nozzle with wheels, stainless-steel flex hose, aluminum pipe, and basketweave hose. AGI rates the base VRX at 5,000 to 6,000 bushels per hour with one hose drawing from a full bin.
Does the self-powered VRX require a tractor to operate?
No. The 90 HP Isuzu diesel engine and hydraulic auger drive power the grain vac without tying up an 85 HP tractor.
Is the self-powered package built around the standard VRX?
Yes. The grain-handling system is the AGI REM VRX, including its standard pipe and cleanout equipment. The engine, hydraulic drive, trailer, controls, and pipe storage are integrated into the self-powered package.
What cleanout reach is included?
The VRX package includes 45 feet of 7-inch hose and provides a 49-foot cleanout radius when used with the telescoping inlet and floor sweep.
