AGI REM VR12 Self-Powered Diesel Grain Vac, Full Pipe Package, 10,000 BPH Capacity

We build this self-powered grain vac around the AGI REM VR12 for customers who need VR12 capacity without dedicating a 130 HP tractor to the grain vac. This package uses a 177 HP Isuzu diesel engine, an electric-over-hydraulic auger drive, and a custom tandem-axle trailer.
Self-Powered VR12 Package
The engine and hydraulic drive are mounted on the trailer, allowing the VR12 to move between grain sites without pairing it with a tractor at each location. We can also quote Caterpillar, John Deere, or electric power packages when a different power source is preferred.
VR12 Pipe and Cleanout Equipment
The standard VR12 package includes the 10-inch telescoping inlet, bin load-out nozzle, standing floor sweep, cleanup nozzle with wheels, stainless-steel flex hose, aluminum pipe, basketweave hose, and hose caddies. AGI rates the base VR12 at 9,000 to 10,000 bushels per hour with one hose drawing from a full bin.
Does the self-powered VR12 require a tractor to operate?
No. The diesel engine and hydraulic auger drive power the grain vac without tying up a 130 HP tractor.
Is the self-powered package built around the standard VR12?
Yes. The grain-handling system is the AGI REM VR12, including its standard pipe and cleanout equipment. The engine, hydraulic drive, trailer, controls, and pipe storage are integrated into the self-powered package.
Can I choose a different power source?
Yes. In addition to the current Isuzu diesel configuration, we can discuss Caterpillar, John Deere, and electric power packages.
