Anderson 680HS Single Bale Wrapper, Up to 75 Bales Per Hour

The Anderson 680HS is a stationary, automatic wrapper for individual round bales up to 6 feet in diameter and 5 feet long. Its 13 HP Honda engine supplies the power for the wrapping cycle, so the tractor or loader used to handle bales is free to bring the next bale into position.
The operator loads each bale with separate handling equipment and controls the wrapper by remote from the cab. Once the cycle is complete, the hydraulic cut-and-hold system cuts the film and keeps it ready for the next bale. Front and rear stabilizers level the machine, and the standard one-position bale dumper places the wrapped bale on the ground. A three-position dumper is available when the bale needs to be set on either end.

Anderson rates the 680HS at up to 75 bales per hour and states that the optional second 30-inch stretcher can increase wrapping speed by 40 percent. The standard electronic counter records completed bales, while work lights and high-flotation tires support operation around the wrapping site.
