AGI REM VRX Grain Vac, Full Pipe Package, 6,000 BPH Capacity

The AGI REM VRX is a PTO-driven grain vac for bin cleanout and grain transfer. AGI rates the VRX at 5,000 to 6,000 bushels per hour with one hose drawing from a full bin and specifies an 85 HP tractor requirement. This machine includes the standard VRX pipe, hose, and cleanout package.

Standard Pipe and Hose Package
The VRX package includes a telescoping inlet, bin load-out nozzle, standing floor sweep, cleanup nozzle with wheels, stainless-steel flex hose, aluminum pipe, and basketweave hose. The telescoping inlet and floor sweep provide a 49-foot cleanout radius from the machine base.
Grain Vac Features
Air system: The fan creates suction, the air throttle regulates airflow, and the air lock releases grain into the auger.
Auger flighting: Quarter-inch, spring-loaded chrome flighting stays aligned on its bearings as the augers fold and unfold.
Service access: The external drive shaft and full-opening cleanout doors keep major service points accessible.

The AGI VRX GrainVac is a PTO-powered vacuum designed for bin cleanout, transfer, and cleanup tasks. AGI rates the VRX at up to 6,000 bushels per hour under published test conditions. Actual capacity varies with grain condition, hose and pipe layout, lift, conveying distance, and tractor power. The VRX is PTO powered; fuel use and service requirements depend on the tractor and operating conditions.
The air system uses a fan, automatic throttle, and airlock. The updated fan is designed for longer service life than the previous fan design, while the automatic air throttle optimizes suction based on grain flow.
The aerodynamic body funnels grain through a screen drum directly to the chrome-plated augers with spring-loaded drive dogs to keep the augers aligned when folding and unfolding. The gearbox is mounted for easy access and maintenance.
Included is a 45‑ft hose package with 7″ hose, 3′ telescoping inlet, floor sweep, bin‑load nozzle, cleanup nozzle, and stainless steel and basketweave hose sections. The listed hose and pipe sections provide an approximately 49‑foot reach when assembled in the stated configuration. A dust collector can be added for minimal-dust work environments.
