Bale King 5400 Bale Processor, 2 Bale Capacity, Hydraulic Bale Roller

The Bale King 5400 is a two-bale round bale processor for feeding, bedding, and windrowing. It accepts two round bales up to 6 feet 6 inches in diameter as standard, with a bolt-on kit available to carry a third bale.
The 27-inch X-Rotor uses 28 flails, while two hydraulically driven bale rollers control bale rotation above the rotor. Right-hand discharge and a hydraulic deflector direct processed material into a windrow, bunk, or bedding area.
Bale King 5400 Equipment
The frame provides open access to the rotor for twine removal. The optional Total Ration kit applies grain to the processed windrow, while the Fine Chop and Rotary Straw Assist kits address different forage and straw conditions.
Two- or three-bale capacity?
It carries two bales as standard. The bolt-on three-bale kit can be installed at the factory or added later.
Can it apply grain while processing bales?
Yes, with the optional 40-bushel Total Ration kit and rear-discharge auger system.
