USED 2025 VARIOUS 10 TPH

Unused granular fertiliser plant with capacity 10 tons/hour (60,000 to 80,000 tons/year depending on formulation) made in 2025 by Turkish manufacturers.

Owner advises that the line suits compound NPK, organo-mineral granules, poultry litter, ash and humic based formulations. Other suitable feedstocks that require no equipment changes include acidified ash, non-acidified ash, organic material (e.g., dried cow manure, leonardite), MOP, DAP, urea granules, KCl, and molten urea.

Equipment has never been installed or operated and is ready for immediate loading.

Major equipment includes:
- Drum granulation line;
- Closed recycle loop that includes (2) double deck screens and (2) double rotor crushers;
- Urea melting reactor and urea / DAP crushing unit;
- Raw material dosing that includes 8 bunkers, conveyors and paddle mixer;
- Thermal system with 2,000,000 kcal/hour combustion chamber with modulating dual fuel (gas/liquid) burner;
- Air / emissions equipment includes 40,000 / 30,000 m3/hour process fans, steam jacketed cyclones and wash columns;
- Bucket elevators and conveyors;
- Automatic bagging line;
- PLC automation with Siemens / Omron switchgear, Schneider / Danfoss drives, EAE panels and IE3 / IE4 motors.

NB: Also available separately from the OEM (but not essential to the process), is an ash / raw material preparation unit that includes mixer and wet scrubber. This equipment was designed but never manufactured.
