Ultimizers high speed sorters are designed for today's high production saws capable of multiple parts per second
All parts are separately measured from the saw to ensure that the correct parts go to the correct bins or landing areas
Ultimizers uses a direct drive gearbox to eliminate the extra belts or chains in order to keep maintenance to a minimum at these higher speeds
Our designs are fully integrated into our machine for smooth transitions from the saws to the sorting conveyor to minimize mis-sorts
Ultimizers standard devices are Blow-offs, Punch-offs and Diverters — all using completely customizable control timing for each device type
