20" Used Inter-Source Automatic Chip Processing System

Coolant wet chips are to be placed directly into a vertical cart dumper as designed and built by Inter-Source. The dumper will feed the chips directly into the incline conveyor. The inclined conveyor will gravity feed the shavings to the chip spinner and rotary parts separator. The dry chips will be blown through a 6” diameter pipe system to the discharge shoot which will disperse the dry chips to the target box. Coolant which is centrifugally removed from the chips will be gravity drained into a side mounted collection tank. The finds return conveyor will take the finds from the coolant collection tank and return them to the main incline feed conveyor.
