The McCloskey I44v3HDR is a heavy-duty, high-production track-mounted impact crushing and screening plant designed for aggregate production, concrete and asphalt recycling, and demanding construction and demolition applications. The integrated screening and recirculating system allows the I44v3HDR to crush, size, and recirculate material with a single portable plant.

Screening & Recirculation

·       Swing-out return conveyor can be positioned for recirculation or moved approximately 90° to discharge the oversize material as a separate stockpile

·       Significantly larger finishing screen — the I44v3HDR uses a 14' x 6' two-deck finishing screen compared with an 11' x 5' two-deck post-screen on the Trakpactor 320SR.
·       Approximately 53% more nominal screening area per deck — 84 sq. ft. per deck on the McCloskey versus approximately 55 sq. ft. per deck on the Powerscreen. The additional screen area can be especially valuable when producing smaller products or handling higher circulating loads. A larger screen means more tons per hour for every hour of operation.
