Eagle Crusher 1400 UltraMax UM-45 Bare Impact Crusher- In Stock in Indiana.

The Eagle Crusher 1400 UltraMax UM-45 is a large, heavy-duty horizontal shaft impact crusher designed for high-production crushed stone, aggregates, concrete recycling, asphalt, and other demanding crushing applications. The UM-45 is the impact crusher used in Eagle Crusher’s 1400 Series plants and combines a large feed opening, massive solid-steel rotor, and high reduction capability in a crusher that can be incorporated into stationary, skid-mounted, or custom portable crushing systems.
At the heart of the Eagle 1400 UM-45 is its massive three-bar solid-steel rotor. At 50" × 57" and approximately 17,600 lbs., the rotor provides the mass and stored energy needed for high-production crushing, while the large 57" × 35" feed opening allows the 1400 to handle substantial feed sizes. With production capable of exceeding 400 tons per hour depending primarily on curtain settings, the Eagle 1400 is particularly well suited for high-production crushed stone operations, aggregates producers, and recycling contractors, as well as producers looking for a large bare impactor to incorporate into a custom crushing spread or replace an existing crusher.
