Overview
Heat and Control MOK-300 L.H. continuous fryer designed for kettle and batch-style potato chip production with an approximate throughput of 300 lb per hour. The fryer was recently removed from service after being replaced with a larger production system and was fully operational at the time of removal. Features an integrated stainless steel outfeed conveyor, five North American Fire burners, dual control panels for burner and fryer operation, and a compact footprint of approximately 4 ft wide by 26 ft long.
