Cartoners Horizontal Load - Automatic Load

Used Bradman Lake model SL903i stainless steel cartoner. Unit is currently set up to receive flow-wrapped bags of tea bags and load into pre-formed cartons with automatic glue closure. Unit can operate up to 120 cartons per minute.

The Bradman Lake SL903i is a Fully Automatic Servo driven End Load Cartoning
machine with the facility to run intermittently. The cartons are placed into the
powered carton hopper, which feeds the inclined carton magazine. The cartons are
extracted from the magazine by means of vacuum cups on the servo driven rotary
carton feeder and fed into the flights of the carton transfer conveyor, the action of
which erects the carton.
The erected cartons index to the loading station where products are presented for
loading. The loader is an integral part of the machine.
The product loader accepts product at the maximum rate of 120 per minute and
forms the required collation by means of a servo driven fast indexing conveyor,
product spreaders and product inserter. After filling, the carton is closed using hot
melt adhesive.
