USED LODIGE FKM600D

Used stainless steel contact parts horizontal ploughshare mixer by Lodige (Germany) model FKM 600 D 2Z. The mixing chamber has a total volume of 600 litres and working volume up to 420 litres. The mixer has a carbon steel heating/cooling jacket with a total volume of 45 litres. The jacket is rated to operate at pressures up to 5 bar, and temperatures up to 158 °C. The mixer has a single shaft with bolted ploughs, driven by belts and an electric motor 11 kW, 960 rpm, 380 V, 50 Hz. The machine also has two choppers, each driven by an electric motor 4 kW, 2915 rpm, 380 V, 50 Hz. The mixing chamber has two inspection manways, each measuring 450 mm x 380 mm. There are three top connections, and one central discharge outlet with a manually operated valve. The machine has a local control panel and is mounted on carbon steel supports. Last used in chemical production (pigments).
