NEW 2026 HSG R1

The HSG R1 is a compact, high-performance fiber laser tube cutting system designed for accurate, efficient processing of round, square, rectangular and structural profiles. This stock machine is equipped with a 3kW Raycus fiber laser source, HSG cutting head, HSG-X CNC control, automatic centering chucks, automatic tube loading, follow unloading and seam detection.
With automatic material handling, precision motion control and integrated nesting software, the R1 is well suited for production environments looking to increase throughput while reducing manual tube handling. The HSG-X control provides real-time machine monitoring, adjustable clamping force, batch processing and automatic fault diagnostics.
