Stress and cracking of material is minimized due to the unique design of the apron, which swings outside the radius and rolls across the material. Heavy duty plate construction, quick tooling change over, and convenient radius roll storage on the machine make this brake durable and easy to use. An Optional Back Gauge Accessory is available for all MetalAce Radius Brakes and is perfect for repeating radius bends. Quick-release handles allow the back gauge to easily slide backwards up to 40″ from the start of the bend. Tubular construction also acts a rear material support for large panels.
