Unused surplus Keystone Prince 6-inch wafer swing check valve, model 120-703-060-813-515, with adjustable external spring hardware.

The valve features a cast-iron body, 316 stainless-steel disc, stem and spring, and a Buna-N resilient seat. Its wafer-style body is designed for installation between compatible pipe flanges. The adjustable external spring assists with faster valve closure and helps reduce reverse flow and potential water hammer.

The valve is configured for use with ASME Class 125 flanges and has a listed pressure rating of approximately 200 PSI. Approximate valve-body dimensions are 8⅝ inches in diameter by 2⅞ inches face-to-face. Approximate weight is 24 pounds, including the external spring hardware.

The external spring and associated hardware are packaged loose with the valve and require installation and adjustment during system installation.

These valves were originally furnished for recycle-pump and RAS/drain-pump discharge service at a municipal wastewater treatment facility but were placed into warehouse storage.
