NEW SULZER ABS XFP 100C VX PE22/4-C

Unused surplus Sulzer ABS Model XFP 100C VX PE22/4-C submersible wastewater pump. Two identical pumps are available and may be purchased individually or as a pair.

These pumps were originally furnished for internal mixed-liquor recycle service at a municipal wastewater treatment facility but were placed into warehouse storage. Each pump features an all-cast-iron construction, vortex-style impeller and Sulzer Premium Efficiency submersible motor.

Each pump is rated at 3 HP and operates on 460-volt, three-phase, 60 Hz electrical power. The motor has a rated output of 2.2 kW, approximately 4.6 amps and an operating speed of approximately 1,750 RPM. Each pump includes approximately 49 feet of power cable.

The supplied wet-well installation equipment includes a guide-rail assembly, hardware kit, intermediate bracket, stainless-steel upper guide-rail bracket, 20-foot galvanized-steel lifting chain, 20-foot galvanized-steel grab-link assembly and a Sulzer ABS CA462 seal-leak and overtemperature monitoring relay rated for 110/230 VAC DIN-rail installation.

The pump has an approximately 4-inch, DN100, ANSI Class 125 discharge connection. Approximate configured dimensions are 28.2 inches high by 20.8 inches long by 11.8 inches wide. Approximate weight is 289 pounds per pump, including the sliding bracket and 49-foot cable.

Equipment is offered as-is. Buyer is responsible for verifying the individual serial number, manufacturing year, operating condition, pump curve, impeller trim, flow capacity, total dynamic head and suitability for the intended application. Buyer is responsible for loading, freight and transportation from the storage location.
