Available for sale is a lot of two (2) used Andritz Gouda Model T15/40KD Double Drum Dryers, manufactured in 2021 and designed for continuous drying of liquid, slurry, and paste products. Each dryer features two steam-heated cast iron drums measuring approximately 59.37 inches (1,508 mm) in diameter by 157.48 inches (4,000 mm) face width, providing approximately 204 square feet of drying surface per drum and 408 square feet total drying area per dryer.
The drums are designed for 13 bar (188.5 PSI) maximum design pressure at 195°C (383°F) and each has an internal volume of approximately 6,125 liters. Drum speed is adjustable from 1.5 to 15 RPM, allowing operators to optimize drying performance for a wide range of products. Each dryer is powered by an 18.5 kW drive motor.
The package also includes two discharge augers per dryer, each measuring 560 mm in diameter by 5,995 mm long, driven by 1.5 kW motors operating at 80 RPM.
