The Arboga RLM 3508 is a Swedish-built radial arm drill press engineered for precision industrial drilling applications. It features an all-geared head design, driven by a 3 HP motor that eliminates traditional belt slippage. The machine offers eight spindle speeds ranging from 70 to 1350 RPM, alongside four feed rates spanning .004" to .016" per revolution. Equipped with a No. 4 Morse taper spindle, it delivers a drilling capacity of up to 1.57 inches (40 mm) in steel and provides a spindle travel (quill) range of 7 to 7.625 inches (194 mm). Its physical dimensions include an 8-5/8" column diameter, an arm length of 3.33 feet, and a maximum distance of 39-3/4" from the spindle center to the column face.
