Lightly Used Coperion / Maag / Gala underwater pelletizing line consisting of the following:  (3) Coperion K-Tron gravimetric feeding system with hopper loaders  45 MM Coperion twin screw Mega Compounder twin screw extruder, model ZSK45 MC18, 56:1 l/d, electrically heated, water cooled barrel, with (1) feed, (2) side vented and plugged, (1) top vented, and (10) non-vented barrel sections, 1133 max rpm screw speeds, with 300 hp AC inverter duty motor, 460 volt, Eisenbeiss gearbox rated 1.588:1 gearbox ratio, 238.74 KW rating, control panel with AC inverter and operator HMI, machine# 1623375, project# 20-3033, built 2021, approximately 300 hours of operation.  Maag screen changer, model HSC-160.  Maag Polymer diverter valve, model 6 with power pack on stand.  Maag / Gala underwater pelletizing system with, stainless steel water box, die plate, model MAP-6 Maag cutting head on cart with motor, serial# 12000123-04, 80 gpm Tempered Water System, model TWS-80, Model 2008BF centrifugal spin dryer with Agglomerate catcher and Pellet diverter valve, serial# 12000123-08, control panel with Siemens S7-1200 PLC, built 2021.  Witte pellet classifier, 22” x 76”, two deck, serial# 6815-2.  Includes Wintek vacuum pump, 5 hp and Temptek chiller, model CGD-10A.   Coperion CCS-2000 integrated control system with operated interface HMI.  System installed new in 2021 with approximately 300 hours of service.
