- Bag size range: L: 70-240 mm, W = 70 to 190 mm
- Vertical pinch seal 10 mm
- Tane HP-501 hot stamp foil printer
- Electric eye for print registration
- 20 to 70 bags/minute
- OPP/CPP, OPP/PE, MST/PE, PET/PE films
- Nitrogen gas flush with nitrogen generator
- Current formers: 114 and 142 mm bag widths (248 and 300 mm film widths)
- Exit conveyor for each bagger
Two Scales
- 10 Head scales
- 0.8 liter buckets
- Weighing accuracy: +-0.5 to 2 grams
- Weight range: 10 - 1000 grams
Bucket elevator
- 420 x 148 x 70 mm deep buckets (1.8 liter)
