Used 1.25/0.75" Harrel Surgical Tube Co-Extrusion Line model Geartruder consisting of the following: 1.25" Harrel single screw extruder, electrically heated, water-cooled, 26:1 l/d, 17.88:1 gearbox ratio, driven by 7.5 hp AC motor with VFD controller, with melt pump driven by 1 hp motor drive, with onboard control panel, serial# 101. 0.75" Harrel single screw extruder, electrically heated, water-cooled, 24:1 l/d, 17.88:1 gearbox ratio, driven by 2 hp AC motor with VFD controller, with melt pump driven by 0.5 hp motor drive, plug-in controls to larger extruder control panel, serial# 101. TBD“ wide x TBD” long cooling belt conveyor, with (TBD) air nozzles, on stand. Harrel puller roll cutter unit, model pull/cut, with (2) sets of rollers individually driven by 0.77 kW servo-driven motors, integrated Nuclitch rotary cutter, servo-driven, serial# 101.
