Vulcan EV36S-6FP208 Description
Perfect for simmering sauces and cooking delicate products, the Vulcan EV36-S-6FP-208 electric range features six 9 1⁄2-inch French plates. Each is controlled using an infinite control switch to provide accurate heat adjustments. The stainless steel crumb tray under the cooktop spans the entire width of the range, catching spills and expediting daily cleaning.
The base of this Vulcan EV36-S-6FP-208 electric range is a standard oven with one rack adjustable to three positions depending on the product. Its interior is large and can hold a full-size sheet pan in either configuration. The heat control supports high-quality food browning, and the temperature can be set between 200 and 500 degrees Fahrenheit. Oven controls are in an insulated side compartment, protecting them from heat and irreversible damage. This unit is elevated off floors with 6-inch adjustable legs, and most of it is made of stainless steel to withstand continuous use.
